The Heterosexual Questionnaire
An oldie but a goodie, from 1972. I swear to God I'm just going to post this next time someone bitches to me about t3h ghey on the Debate Floor:

1. What do you think caused your heterosexuality?

2. When and where did you decide you were a heterosexual?

3. Is it possible this is just a phase and you will out grow it?

4. Is it possible that your sexual orientation has stemmed from a neurotic fear of others of the same sex?

5. Do your parents know you are straight? Do your friends know- how did they react?

6. If you have never slept with a person of the same sex, is it just possible that all you need is a good gay lover?

7. Why do you insist on flaunting your heterosexuality... can’t you just be who you are and keep it quiet?

8. Why do heterosexuals place so much emphasis on sex?

9. Why do heterosexuals try to recruit others into this lifestyle?

10. A disproportionate majority of child molesters are heterosexual... Do you consider it safe to expose children to heterosexual teachers?

11. Just what do men and women do in bed together? How can they truly know how to please each other, being so anatomically different?

12. With all the societal support marriage receives, the divorce rate is spiraling. Why are there so few stable relationships among heterosexuals?

13. How can you become a whole person if you limit yourself to compulsive, exclusive heterosexuality?

14. Considering the menace of overpopulation how could the human race survive if everyone were heterosexual?

15. Could you trust a heterosexual therapist to be objective? Don't you feel that he or she might be inclined to influence you in the direction of his orher leanings?

16. There seem to very few happy heterosexuals. Techniques have been developed that might enable you to change if you really want to.

17. Have you considered trying aversion therapy?

Spooky Trista Maleficent X: Off My Flistspookyg on December 4th, 2008 11:28 pm (UTC)
Since about every other good-sized post I read of yours goes into the gay issue, I'm taking you off my f-list. I seriously don't care to read about it this much, and you don't really have anything else to say that I want to read either. And since you won't use lj cuts, it's just clogging up my friends page.

I just thought you should know my honest reason for taking you off my f-list, in case you actually care to know.

I figure telling you is just a common courtesy.

With a page like this, I'm certainly going to talk about things that are important to me and have relevance in my life. This is very important to me and has a huge degree of relevance in my life. I find it slightly bizarre, as well as slightly disappointing, that you're de-friending me simply because I'm passionate about a given aspect of my life on which we happen to disagree. I'm sorry that you would rather read about the more mundane aspects of my life that not even I really care all that much about, but I guess it can't be helped. So long.

Don't think I'm taking you off my f-list because we disagree on it.

I just don't really care to hear about it every other post.

It's fine; if you want to discuss the topic of your sexuality and the problems that come with it obsessively, I don't really care.

I just don't want to read it.

I don't see why you find it bizarre that someone doesn't want to read about your sexual preference and the resulting problems you have every other post.

It's like me talking about being heterosexual and the resulting problems I get from homosexuals thinking I'm a homophobe when I disagree with them on every other post.

If that's one of the only things worth writing about in your life, that's pretty sad, I'm sorry to say.

I wouldn't even care if you'd just lj cut the stuff, but I doubt you would do that based on principle or something.

So, yes, so long.

That is pretty good.
